In 1961, he graduated from Renhuai No.4 Middle School. In 1966, he served as grain administrator in Zhonghua Township. In 1969, he was recommended by Zhonghua Township to participate in the construction of Hunan-Guizhou Railway and served as a statistician in the first battalion (Zhongshu District). In 1982, he and his cousin Chen Guo (now the chairman of Huaizhuang Liquor Group) set up Renhuai Zhongshu Oil Processing Factory, and he served as an accountant.
In 2003, after Comrade Chen Shaosong (the former director of Huaizhuang Liquor Group) retired, his son Chen Qilong (now the general manager of Huaizhuang Liquor Group) gradually took over his work and became the head of the company, and became a master of brewing in Guizhou Province and a good man with integrity and law-abiding in China.
