The General Election Meeting of the Communist Party of China Guizhou Huaizhuang Liquor Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Committee was successfully held

 

 

On the morning of December 7th, the party committee election conference of Huaizhuang Liquor Industry Group was successfully held in the conference room on the third floor of the party building center of Tanchang Base.

Li Xiaogang, Party building instructor of Huaizhuang Group dispatched by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, Chen Guo, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, Chen Qilong, Deputy Secretary and General Manager, Zhao Hai, Party Committee member, Deputy General Manager and Sales Branch Secretary, Xiong Shunkai, Party Committee member and Sales Deputy General Manager, Chen Lang, Maotai Branch Secretary, Chen Yuan, Tanchang Branch Secretary, and all Party members and comrades of the Company attended the meeting.

Comrade Tian Yunchang presided over the meeting.

At around 10am, the conference opened with the majestic sound of the national anthem.

 

  

 

 

       Comrade Li Xiaogang learned the basic level organization of the Party in Chapter V of the Chapter of the CPC, and conveyed the spirit of the general election instructions of the Party Working Committee at a higher level.

 

 

     

 

Chen Guo, on behalf of the second Party committee, conducted a comprehensive work review and summary, with the theme of "Party building leading, upholding integrity and innovation, refining enterprises, and strengthening brands". He made a work report on the construction of Party organizations, corporate culture, company brand, implementation of social responsibility, and production and operation.

The work report points out that in the past six years, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Huaizhuang has adhered to the Party organization's direction and overall management, vigorously grasped ideology, adhered to bottom line thinking, strengthened the foundation, and elevated its position; Strengthening internal quality and building external image, focusing on controlling the focus of quality work. Taking "cultivating five virtues and forging five hearts" as the brand of party building, closely linking the concept of party building+corporate culture, and grasping party building is to grasp productivity with the development of enterprises, a lot of work has been done in various fields such as corporate culture construction, library construction, winery construction, and infrastructure projects.

Under the overall planning of the Party Committee, the Huaizhuang Trade Union, Women's Workers' Committee, Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, Huaizhuang Reading Club, Huaizhuang Public Welfare Society, and other organizations have leveraged their collective advantages to effectively promote social responsibility implementation, assist in rural revitalization, employment poverty alleviation, and provide strong organizational support for the steady development of enterprises, effectively promoting the deepening and implementation of the Huaizhuang Group's Party building brand.

In the field of production and operation, we will develop frontline workers into party members, focusing on the work requirements of "being the backbone in technology, demonstrating in action, and leading in ideology" and the strategy of "central work, effectively serving enterprise production and operation". We will organize party members and employees to shine as pioneers in enterprise production and operation, ensure efficient brewing production, promote the comprehensive promotion and rapid growth of company products, fully play the role of the party organization as a fighting fortress, and the exemplary role of party members as pioneers.

 

     

The meeting successfully conducted the election according to the procedures of the Party committee's general election.

      

 

 

     After statistics and review, five comrades, Chen Guo, Chen Qilong, Tian Yunchang, Zhao Hai, and Xiong Shunkai, were finally elected as members of the new Party Committee,

 

          

 

      The newly elected 5 members held the first meeting of the third session of the Huaizhuang Liquor Industry Group Party Committee in the Party Committee meeting room. Through the election, Comrade Chen Guo was elected as the Party Secretary, and Chen Qilong and Tian Yunchang were elected as Deputy Secretaries.

 

       

 

Chen Guo made a statement on behalf of the new Party committee, first expressing sincere gratitude on behalf of the members of the new Party committee. Chen Guo said that being the Party Secretary is not only a position, but also a responsibility. Comrades have pushed me to this position, and the only choice I have is to devote myself wholeheartedly to my work and thank the Party for nurturing me with a diligent and pragmatic attitude.  

Comrade Li Xiaogang, the Party building instructor, delivered a speech stating that the organization of this election was rigorous, the procedures were standardized, and the progress was smooth. The Party committee election was a complete success. It has played an important role in consolidating grassroots party organizations, further strengthening party organization construction, and enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations.

 

 

The conference successfully concluded with the solemn singing of the Internationale.
